E01
Dryer will not start; the display shows E01 immediately after pressing the start button.
Door Lock / Door Switch Fault
E02
Dryer stops shortly after starting; the display shows E02, and the drum does not rotate.
Motor Start Failure / Motor Circuit Fault
E03
Dryer does not heat; the cycle ends quickly with E03 on the display.
Heating Circuit Failure
E04
Dryer stops mid-cycle and displays E04; clothes remain damp, and the cycle time seems incorrect.
NTC Temperature Sensor Fault
E05
Dryer displays E05 and stops. In condenser/heat pump models, water may not be collecting properly in the tank.
Condensate Pump / Water Level Sensor Fault
E06
Dryer shows E06 and will not start or stops shortly after starting. This is often associated with overheating or poor airflow.
Airflow / Exhaust Blockage Fault
E07
Dryer displays E07 and the drum does not rotate, although the unit powers on normally.
Drive Belt / Drum Rotation Fault
E08
Dryer shows E08 and does not heat properly. On heat pump models, the compressor may not start.
Heat Pump / Compressor System Fault
E09
Dryer displays E09 and shuts down. This is often associated with the control panel not responding correctly.
Control Panel / User Interface Communication Fault
E10
Dryer shows E10 and will not start. This is sometimes accompanied by tripping of the household breaker.
Power Supply / Overcurrent Fault
E11
Dryer displays E11 and the cycle time behaves erratically; clothes may be overdried or underdried.
Moisture Sensor Circuit Fault
E12
Dryer shows E12 and stops. This often occurs on heat pump models when the ambient temperature is very low or very high.
Ambient Temperature Sensor Fault
E13
Dryer displays E13 and may stop shortly after starting. Fan noise may be abnormal.
Blower Fan / Motor Fault
E14
Dryer shows E14 and will not start. This sometimes occurs after a power surge or outage.
EEPROM / Control Board Memory Error
E15
Dryer displays E15 and stops; this may be associated with internal overheating.
Overheat Protection / Safety Thermostat Trip
E16
Dryer displays E16 and may not respond to some buttons; the display may flicker.
Touch Key / Button Input Fault
E17
Dryer displays E17 and may stop with a beeping alarm; this is often related to the door opening during operation.
Door Open Detection Fault
E18
Dryer displays E18 and may not complete sensor-dry cycles correctly.
Drum Speed / Tachometer Fault
E19
Dryer displays E19 and may not start; this is sometimes associated with the child lock or safety interlocks.
Safety Interlock / Lock Circuit Fault
Symptom
Dryer causes static cling and overdried, stiff clothes even on sensor-dry settings.
Moisture Sensing / Control Calibration Issue
Symptom
Dryer control panel is completely dead; no lights or response when pressing buttons.
No Power / Control Board Not Energized
Symptom
Dryer door opens during operation or pops open when the drum reverses.
Door Latch / Hinge Wear
Symptom
Dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle; door feels locked even though the machine is off.
Door Lock Mechanism Stuck
Symptom
Dryer drum light stays on even when the door is closed and the cycle is running.
Door Switch Stuck Open
Symptom
Dryer emits a burning smell during operation, with or without visible smoke.
Overheating / Foreign Material on Heater
Symptom
Dryer interior light does not work when the door is opened, but the dryer otherwise operates normally.
Drum Light Circuit Failure
Symptom
Dryer leaks water onto the floor during or after operation (primarily condenser/heat pump models).
Condensate Drainage / Water System Leak
Symptom
Dryer leaves black or brown marks on clothes after drying.
Drum Seal / Felt Contamination or Damage
Symptom
Dryer makes loud squealing or screeching noises while the drum is turning.
Drum Support / Idler Pulley Wear
Symptom
Dryer produces a loud banging or thumping noise, especially with small loads.
Drum Imbalance / Worn Support Components
Symptom
Dryer produces a rattling or metallic clinking noise during operation.
Foreign Objects in Drum or Blower
Symptom
Dryer runs but does not heat; clothes come out cold even after a full cycle, with no error code displayed.
No Heat Condition (Electric Heater Models)
Symptom
Dryer runs but takes excessively long to dry clothes; laundry is still damp at the end of the cycle, with no error code displayed.
Poor Drying Performance / Restricted Airflow
Symptom
Dryer runs but the drum light and/or control panel lights flicker intermittently.
Power / Wiring Intermittent Connection
Symptom
Dryer starts and then stops after a few minutes without any error code; it can be restarted but stops again.
Overheating / Motor Thermal Cutout
Symptom
Dryer stops mid-cycle and the water tank is full, but no error code is shown.
Water Tank Full Detection / Float Issue
Symptom
Dryer vibrates excessively or walks across the floor during operation.
Excessive Vibration / Installation Issue
Symptom
The dryer drum does not turn, but you can hear the motor humming or the unit clicks and then stops.
Drum Drive Failure
Symptom
The dryer powers on but immediately trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when a cycle is started.
Electrical Short / Ground Fault
Symptom
The dryer will not start at all; the display is on and buttons respond, but pressing start does nothing and no code appears.
