A general alarm code AL with beeping may accompany temperature or door issues.
General Alarm Condition (Temperature or Door)
dO
The display shows dO or a door open icon; an alarm beeps even when the door appears closed.
Door Ajar Detection Fault
E1
Freezer beeps and displays E1; the temperature display may flash, and the unit may still run.
Door / Lid Switch Fault
E2
Freezer displays E2, an alarm may sound, and temperature control may be locked out.
Keypad/Button Stuck or User Interface Error
E3
The freezer displays E3, may not respond to temperature adjustments, and the display may be blank or partially lit.
Main Control Board Fault
