Oven display or buttons are unresponsive; some keys work intermittently, and an error appears after a key press.
User Interface (Touchpad/Keypad) Communication Fault
F07
The oven trips the household breaker or RCD immediately or shortly after starting a heating cycle.
Heater to Earth Leakage or Short Circuit
F08
The grill function does not work; other oven modes may still operate, but an error appears when the grill is selected.
Grill Element or Grill Circuit Failure
F09
Fan oven mode is not heating; the fan runs but there is no temperature rise, and an error appears in fan mode only.
Fan Oven Element Circuit Fault
F10
The oven light and display work, but there is no heating on any function, and no relay click is heard.
Safety Thermostat (Thermal Cut-Out) Open
F11
The oven door will not lock for the pyrolytic/self-clean cycle, or an error appears when starting clean mode.
Door Lock Motor or Lock Switch Fault
F12
The display shows a communication error; the oven may be stuck in standby, or some functions may be disabled.
Communication Failure Between Display Board and Power Board
F13
The oven interior light is not working; an error may appear when turning the light on, but other functions are OK.
Oven Lamp Circuit Fault
F14
The clock cannot be set or loses time; the oven will not start cooking because the time is not set.
Electronic Clock / Timer Failure
F15
The oven fan does not run in fan mode; elements may overheat locally, and an error appears in fan-assisted functions.
Convection Fan Motor Failure
F16
The oven door is locked and will not open after a cycle; an error is displayed, and no mechanical release is visible.
Door Lock Stuck in Locked Position
F17
The display shows a probe or sensor error when using a meat probe or temperature probe accessory.
Meat Probe Sensor or Probe Jack Fault
F18
The oven shuts down mid-cycle with an error; the cooling fan may continue running, and the unit restarts after cooling.
Overtemperature Protection Triggered
F19
The display flickers, resets, or shows a low-voltage error when oven elements switch on.
Low Voltage or Power Supply Instability
F20
Function selector knob positions do not match actual functions, or an error appears when turning the knob.
Function Selector Switch Fault
Symptom
Control knobs are very stiff or difficult to turn, with a clicking or grinding feel.
Knob Shaft / Selector Mechanism Wear
Symptom
Excessive condensation or water droplets forming on oven door and control panel during cooking
Ventilation / Moisture Management Issue
Symptom
Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between the panes.
Door Glass Assembly / Inner Seal Failure
Symptom
Oven door will not close fully, heat escapes, leading to poor cooking performance.
Door Alignment / Hinge Wear
Symptom
Oven emits a strong burning smell or smoke during use, especially on first use or after a long idle period.
Residue Burning / Insulation or Wiring Overheat
Symptom
Oven fan is very noisy, rattling, or scraping during operation
Fan Motor Bearing Wear or Fan Blade Obstruction
Symptom
Oven heats but does not reach the set temperature, food is undercooked, and no error code is displayed.
