Display shows AUG or AUG ERR, and pellets are not feeding.
Auger Drive Fault
COLD
Display shows COLD or LOW TEMP, and the grill shuts down during startup.
Startup Temperature Not Reached in Time
Er1
Control panel displays Er1, and the grill will not start the ignition cycle
RTD Temperature Probe Open Circuit
Er2
Control panel displays Er2, and the grill shuts down or will not start.
RTD Temperature Probe Short Circuit
Er3
Display shows Er3, and the grill will not ignite or shuts down shortly after starting.
Igniter (Hot Rod) Failure Detected
Er4
Display shows Er4, and the grill stops feeding pellets or shuts down unexpectedly.
Auger Motor Overload or Jam Detected
Er5
Display shows Er5, and the grill shuts down during cooking or fails to reach the set temperature.
Combustion Fan Failure or Low Airflow

Display shows Er6, and the grill will not power on or immediately shuts off.
Low Voltage or Power Supply Fault

Temperature Sensor Calibration or Range Error

Combustion Fan Feedback Error

Display shows FLAME OUT, and the grill stops heating during cooking.
Loss of Combustion During Operation
HOT
Display shows HOT or HI TEMP, and the grill shuts down or goes into safety mode.

Failed Automatic Ignition Sequence
