The thermostat's Wi-Fi connection drops frequently, or the app cannot reliably control the thermostat.

• Check signal strength: On the thermostat, view the Wi-Fi signal strength. If low, move the router closer or add a Wi-Fi extender.
• Change Wi-Fi channel: Log into your router and change to a less congested 2.4 GHz channel (1, 6, or 11).
• Static IP (optional): Assign a static IP to the thermostat in your router's DHCP settings to reduce connection drops.
• Firmware updates: Update both the router and thermostat firmware to the latest versions.

Note: If only the thermostat has issues while other devices are stable, the thermostat's Wi-Fi module may be failing.
