Washer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but no error code is shown.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the washer. Do not force the door open.

• Wait a few minutes: Many Hansa locks release 1–2 minutes after power off. Wait and listen for a click.
• Check water level: If water is visible in the drum, drain via the pump filter and emergency drain hose (if fitted). The door will not open if water level is high.
• Use emergency release: Access the manual door release near the pump filter (see your model's manual) to open the door.
• Replace door lock: If the problem repeats, replace the door lock assembly.
