F11 is a pump circuit error distinct from simple blockages.

Check pump filter first: Open the pump filter and remove debris as described for F05. If the pump is clear but still not running, continue.
Access pump wiring: Remove the rear or bottom panel to reach the pump. Inspect the electrical connector for burning or looseness. Reseat firmly.
Test pump coil: With the machine unplugged, disconnect the pump and measure resistance across the terminals. If it reads open circuit (infinite resistance), the pump is faulty and must be replaced.
Check harness to control board: Trace the pump wires to the main PCB. Look for breaks, crushed sections, or loose plugs. Repair as needed.
Control board: If the pump and wiring are good but F11 persists and the pump never energizes, the pump driver on the control board may be faulty, requiring board replacement.
Reassemble and test: After replacing the pump or repairing wiring, run a drain or spin program to confirm operation.
