CHG
The display shows CHG or the battery icon flashes, and the vacuum will not run until charged.
Low Battery Charge Level
E1
Cordless vacuum will not start, red LED flashes once repeatedly when trigger is pulled
Main Battery Pack Undervoltage Protection
E2
Vacuum cuts out immediately when trigger is pressed, red LED flashes twice repeatedly
Battery Overcurrent / Short-Circuit Protection
E3
Vacuum stops during use, red LED flashes three times repeatedly, unit feels hot
Thermal Overload Protection (Main Motor Overheating)
E4
Brush bar will not rotate, brush LED flashes red or E4 displayed, suction still works
Brush Bar Motor Overload / Jam Protection
E5
Vacuum runs only on low power, will not switch to turbo/boost, red LED flashes five times
Battery Temperature / Performance Limiting
E6
Vacuum stops and flashes E6 or six red blinks, especially when tilting or moving the wand
Communication Fault Between Main Unit and Motorised Floorhead

Vacuum will not charge, charger LED flashes or E7 appears on display

Battery LEDs flash in an alternating pattern, the vacuum will not run after storage.
Battery Pack Cell Imbalance / Internal Error

The vacuum stops and displays E9 or nine red flashes when using motorised accessories.
Accessory Motor Overload / Short
F1
The display shows F1, and the vacuum refuses to start after filter cleaning.
Filter Not Fitted / Filter Sensor Error
F2
F2 is displayed, suction is weak, and the vacuum cycles on/off.
Airflow Restriction / Blockage Detected
F3
The F3 error appears, the vacuum stops shortly after starting, and there is no obvious blockage.
Main Motor Speed / Tachometer Fault
F4
F4 is displayed, the unit will not respond to the trigger, and LEDs may light briefly.
Main Control PCB Fault
F5
The F5 error appears, and the vacuum shuts down when switching modes or pressing turbo.
Mode Switch / Trigger Input Fault
F6
F6 is displayed, the brush bar and suction are both disabled, and LEDs may still light.
System Safety Lockout
FULL
The bin full indicator or FULL message appears, suction drops, and the unit may pulse.
Dust Bin Overfull / Cyclone Blockage
Symptom
Dust escaping from around the bin or filter area, with visible fine dust on the exterior.
Poor Sealing / Gasket Failure
Symptom
Excessive vibration in the floorhead or handheld unit when running.
Imbalanced Brush Bar or Fan
Symptom
Fine dust blowing out of the exhaust; the air feels dusty when the vacuum is running.
Post-Motor Filter Failure / Bypass
Symptom
LEDs on the battery show full, but the vacuum stops after a few seconds of use.
Battery Voltage Sag Under Load
Symptom
Loud, high-pitched whine or screeching noise from the main unit during use.
Main Motor Bearing Wear
Symptom
Rattling or grinding noise from the floorhead when the brush bar is spinning.
Brush Bar Bearing / End Cap Failure

The battery or charger becomes excessively hot during charging.
Abnormal Charging Temperature

No Charge / Dead Charger

The floorhead lights (if fitted) do not turn on, but the brush bar still spins.
LED Lighting Circuit Failure

The mini turbo brush stops spinning under light pressure on upholstery.

The trigger must be pressed very hard or only works intermittently.
