Smoker shows E14 and shuts off mid-cook; may coincide with fan stopping.
Internal Overcurrent or Power Supply Regulation Fault
E15
Smoker displays E15 and will not start; sometimes appears after long storage.
Real-Time Clock / Memory or Configuration Fault
Symptom
Breaker or GFCI trips whenever the smoker is turned on or during preheat.
Ground Fault or Overcurrent Condition
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or register the wrong function.
Keypad / Touch Interface Malfunction
Symptom
Condensation builds up excessively on the inside of the door, dripping onto food.
Excess Internal Condensation
Symptom
Display is very dim or partially unreadable, but smoker still functions.
Display Backlight or Segment Failure
Symptom
Excessive smoke leaks from door edges and control panel area during use.
Smoke Leakage / Poor Sealing
Symptom
Food cooks unevenly; items near the back or one side are much more done than others.
Uneven Heat Distribution
Symptom
Interior light does not turn on, but smoker otherwise operates normally.
Cavity Light Failure
Symptom
Smoker display and lights flicker or reset when heating turns on.
Voltage Drop or Loose Electrical Connection
Symptom
Smoker door will not latch securely or pops open slightly during cooking.
Door Latch or Hinge Misalignment
Symptom
Smoker fan does not run; heat is uneven and hot spots occur near the element.
Convection Fan Failure
Symptom
Smoker heats but never reaches set temperature; struggles to maintain heat, especially in cold weather.
Insufficient Heating or Heat Loss
Symptom
Smoker interior coating blisters or peels near the heating element.
Enamel or Coating Failure from Overheat
Symptom
Smoker interior rusts prematurely, with flaking on racks and walls.
Corrosion of Interior Surfaces
Symptom
Smoker leaks brown liquid or grease from the bottom or door during cooking.
Grease and Condensate Leakage
Symptom
Smoker makes loud rattling or grinding noises during operation.
Mechanical Vibration or Fan Noise
Symptom
Smoker overheats; temperature climbs well above the setpoint and food burns.
Runaway Heating / Temperature Overshoot
Symptom
Smoker powers on but will not heat; fan may run and timer counts down, food remains cold.
No Heat Output
Symptom
Smoker produces very little or no smoke even though it heats normally.
Insufficient Smoke Production
Symptom
Smoker shuts off unexpectedly before the timer reaches zero, without showing an error code.
Intermittent Power Loss or Thermal Protection Trip
Symptom
Smoker timer counts down too fast or too slow compared to a reference clock.
Timer / Clock Inaccuracy
Symptom
Smoker vibrates excessively or walks slightly on the surface during operation.
Excessive Vibration
Symptom
Smoker will not power on; no lights or display, but no error code shown.
