The charger cannot be found or paired via Bluetooth, even at close range, although it charges normally.

Safety first: Connectivity issues do not affect basic electrical safety.

• 1. Move closer and remove obstacles:
  • Stand within a few meters of the charger with a clear line of sight.
• 2. Reset Bluetooth on phone and charger:
  • Toggle Bluetooth off/on on your phone.
  • Power-cycle the charger.
• 3. Forget and re-pair:
  • In your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget the NRGkick device and attempt pairing again via the app.
• 4. Try another phone:
  • Test pairing with a different smartphone to rule out phone-specific issues.
• 5. If still not discoverable:
  • The Bluetooth module or antenna may be defective.
  • Contact NRGkick support for module or PCB replacement.
