E1
The operator will not respond to the wall button or remote; the 7-segment display shows E1 immediately at power-up.
Mains Supply or Internal Low‑Voltage Power Fault
E10
Door moves a short distance then stops; E10 appears and the courtesy light flashes rapidly.
Encoder / Travel Sensor Fault
E11
Door will not open fully; the opener stops early and shows E11. Re-trying gives the same result.
Open Limit Not Reached / Travel Too Short
E12
Door will not close completely; it stops short of the floor and shows E12.
Close Limit Not Reached / Travel Too Short
E13
Opener shows E13 and will not operate; this often occurs after connecting new accessories (keypad, extra photocells, etc.).
Accessory Bus Overload or Short Circuit
E14
Opener intermittently stops and displays E14; the courtesy light may flicker. This is often associated with very low or high mains voltage.
Under-Voltage or Over-Voltage Protection
E15
Opener shows E15 and refuses to move the door; often after many rapid operations.
Thermal Overload / Over-use Protection
E2
The door will not move; the opener beeps or flashes and shows E2 when a remote or wall button is pressed.
Safety Photocell / Infrared Beam Obstruction or Fault
E3
The door will not close; the opener starts to move, then reverses and displays E3. This sometimes occurs only in one direction.
Obstruction or Excessive Force Detected During Travel
E4
The opener attempts to move the door but stops almost immediately and shows E4; the motor hums briefly or does not run at all.
Motor Overload or Stalled Motor Protection
E5
Door stops mid-travel and opener displays E5; may occur more often in cold weather or at a particular point in the track.
Excessive Force or Travel Interruption at Specific Position
E6
Opener will not respond to any remote controls; E6 appears when trying to program a handset.
Radio Receiver or Remote Programming Fault
E7
Wall push button does not operate the opener; E7 flashes when the button is pressed, but remotes still work.
Wall Control Circuit or Wiring Fault
E8
Door opens normally but will not close from remote; E8 appears when attempting to close. Door will close only by holding the wall button continuously (if supported).
Safety Edge or Reversal System Fault
E9
Opener beeps and shows E9; door does not move. This often occurs after a power surge or lightning storm.
Control PCB Memory or Firmware Error

Door is very noisy during operation; grinding, squealing, or banging sounds from the opener or door.
