E1
The operator will not run from the remote or wall button; the 7-segment display shows E1 or a single flash code on the control board LED.
Photocell Safety Beam Interruption or Misalignment
E10
The display shows E10; the door stops and reverses a short distance from the fully closed position, often accompanied by beeping.
Bottom Edge Safety Device Fault (Optical or Pneumatic Edge)
E11
E11 is displayed; the door will not move via the wall button but may still respond to the remote (or vice versa).
Wall Control / Push Button Circuit Fault
E12
E12 is on the display; the operator runs, but the courtesy light does not work or remains on permanently.
Courtesy Light Circuit Error

E13 is displayed; the operator will not run and may emit a continuous beep, often after accessories are added.

E14 on display; door opens but will not close via remote. Closing is only possible by holding the wall button.

The door will not move and the control shows E2, or the LED flashes twice repeatedly. The manual release works normally.

The door stops shortly after starting and reverses; the control shows E3 or three LED flashes, indicating an obstruction or force error.
Excessive Closing Force / Obstruction Detected
E4
The operator does not respond; the display shows E4 or four LED flashes, indicating motor overload or overcurrent.
Motor Overload / Stalled Motor

The control shows E5 or five LED flashes; the door will not move via the remote or wall button.
Mains Power Supply or Low Voltage Fault

The display shows E6; the operator beeps and will not run, often following a power surge or lightning storm.
