How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Step 1 – Update app: Install the latest version of the Immergas app from the official store.
- Step 2 – Same network: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network you intend to use for the thermostat.
- Step 3 – Check account/region: Confirm that your app account region matches the thermostat’s supported region.
- Step 4 – Manual code entry: If the QR code is damaged, use manual serial or pairing code entry if available.
- Step 5 – Remove previous registration: If the thermostat was previously linked to another account, request its removal via the app or Immergas support.
