Possible Causes
Loose wiring harness between display PCB and main power PCB, Oxidized or damaged connectors, Faulty display/control PCB, Faulty main power PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before accessing the control panels.
- Step 1 – Access control boards:
- Remove the top cover.
- Remove the control panel screws and gently pull the panel forward to access the display PCB.
- Locate the main power PCB (usually on the side or rear inside the cabinet).
- Step 2 – Check connectors:
- Identify the communication harness between the boards.
- Unplug and replug the connectors several times to clean contacts.
- Inspect for bent pins, corrosion, or burnt areas.
- Step 3 – Inspect for moisture:
- Look for signs of water ingress near the control panel or top of the machine.
- Dry any moisture and correct the source of leaks (e.g., dispenser overflow).
- Step 4 – Test:
- Reassemble loosely, plug in, and test the washer.
- If E11 disappears, secure all panels; if it returns, one of the PCBs may need replacement.
- Because board replacement may require programming and correct part selection by model and serial number, contact an authorized Arctic service center if E11 persists.
