The control panel shows E01, and the softener will not start a regeneration cycle.
Inlet Water Supply Fault
E02
Display shows E02, and regeneration stops during the brine fill or brine draw stage.
Brine System Flow Fault
E03
E03 displayed, and the motor can be heard trying repeatedly; regeneration does not advance.
Control Valve Motor Stall
E04
E04 error, and the time-of-day clock resets or flashes; the softener misses scheduled regenerations.
Power Supply or Low Voltage Fault
E05
E05 displayed, and water remains hard even after regeneration.
Flow Sensor or Metering Fault
E06
E06 appears, and the unit will not accept new settings, or buttons are unresponsive.
Keypad or User Interface Fault
