E11
The brush motor will not run; E11 is displayed when the brush switch is turned on.
Brush Motor Circuit Fault
E12
The display shows E12, solution leaks internally into the base, and the machine may cut out.
Internal Leak / Leak Sensor Activation
E13
The display shows E13; buttons are unresponsive, or random functions activate.
Keypad / Control Panel Fault
E14
The display shows E14, and the machine will not start after long use; the body feels very warm.
Thermal Cut-Out Activated
E15
Display shows E15; no suction, but the motor can be heard spinning freely.
Suction Path Blockage / Air Leak Detected
E16
Display shows E16; pump cycles rapidly on and off while spraying.
Pump Pressure Sensor / Bypass Fault
E17
Display shows E17; the machine will not run when the recovery tank is removed.
Tank Presence / Interlock Switch Fault
E18
Display shows E18; abnormal noise from the motor area, and the machine stops.
Motor Bearing / Mechanical Jam Protection
E2
Power light on but motor does not run when trigger or start button is pressed
Motor Drive Circuit Fault
E3
Motor starts then stops after a few seconds, error E3 shown on display (overload/overheat)
Motor Overload / Thermal Trip
E4
Pump will not run, no spray from wand, E4 displayed (pump protection / dry-run)
Solution Pump Dry-Run Protection
E5
Pump runs loudly, but no solution sprays from the floor tool; E5 is displayed (low pressure).
Low Solution Pressure / Line Restriction
E6
The display shows E6, and the machine cuts out when both solution is sprayed and vacuum is on.
Overcurrent / Combined Load Protection
E7
The float shut-off activates prematurely; E7 is displayed, and suction stops even though the recovery tank is not full.
Float Switch / Level Sensor Fault
E8
The heater indicator is flashing, the solution is not heating, and E8 is displayed.
Solution Heater Circuit Fault
E9
The heater overheats, resulting in very hot solution or steam at the wand; E9 is displayed, and the heater shuts off.
Heater Overtemperature Protection
Symptom
Brush bar is not rotating, but suction and spray are normal (no brush motor error code).
Brush Drive Failure
Symptom
Display or indicator lights flicker when the motor starts, but the machine continues to run.
Voltage Drop / Loose Electrical Connection
Symptom
Excessive vibration or rattling when the motor is running.
Imbalanced Motor / Loose Components
Symptom
Floor tool is difficult to push, sticking to the carpet.
Excessive Suction / Poor Glide
Symptom
Machine runs but stops randomly during use, then restarts after a short time.
Intermittent Thermal or Electrical Cut-Out
Symptom
Machine trips the household circuit breaker or blows a fuse when switched on.
Electrical Short / Earth Leakage
Symptom
Motor emits a burning smell or visible sparks from vents.
Motor Brush / Commutator Failure
Symptom
No spray from the wand or floor tool, but the pump can be heard running (no error code).
Blocked Spray Jets / Solution Line Restriction
Symptom
No suction at all; the motor runs loudly as if unloaded.
Major Air Leak / Disconnected Suction Path
Symptom
Pump is very noisy or rattling, but spray output seems normal.
Pump Cavitation / Air in Solution
Symptom
Solution is dripping continuously from the floor tool even when the trigger is released.
Solution Valve Not Closing
Symptom
Solution is leaking from under the machine during use.

Insufficient Extraction / Poor Airflow
Symptom
The recovery tank fills very slowly despite heavy cleaning, and little dirty water is collected.
Poor Extraction / Low Flow
Symptom
The trigger on the wand feels loose or does not spring back, leading to poor control of solution flow.
Mechanical Trigger Failure
Symptom
Unpleasant odour from exhaust air during use.
Contaminated Recovery System / Bacterial Growth
Symptom
Water or foam being drawn into the motor area (gurgling sound, moisture near motor).
Foam Ingestion / Float Valve Failure
Symptom
Weak suction at the floor tool, poor dirty water pickup from the carpet.
