Possible Causes
Overlapping charge schedules in Andersen app, External OCPP backend overriding local schedule, Time or timezone misconfigured in charger, Firmware bug in scheduling module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This is a control logic issue, not an electrical fault.
User steps:
- Open the Andersen app and review all active schedules. Delete or disable all schedules temporarily.
- Check the charger time and timezone settings in the app; correct them if wrong.
- If connected to an external smart‑charging or OCPP service, log into that service and ensure its schedule does not conflict with the Andersen app schedule.
- Try a manual immediate charge (override schedule) to confirm the hardware is working.
- Recreate a single simple schedule and test.
If E18 continues, contact Andersen support for firmware updates or backend configuration assistance.
