- Test local charging: Attempt a local (offline) charging session. If local charging works, the issue is limited to backend communication.
- Restart network equipment: Reboot your router and any network switches, then power-cycle the charger.
- Module replacement: If the network and settings are correct but E020 persists, the communication module may be defective and require replacement.
