AL
Display shows AL or a flashing temperature with continuous beeping; the interior temperature is too high.
High Temperature Alarm Condition
dF
Display shows dF or similar; the freezer is in defrost mode longer than normal, and the temperature temporarily rises.
Extended Defrost Cycle Indication/Defrost Control Issue
E1
Display shows E1, temperature setting cannot be adjusted, freezer may run at default temperature.
User Interface Panel / Keypad Fault
E2
Display shows E2, interior light may not work, and some buttons are unresponsive.
Door Switch / Light Switch Fault
E3
Display shows E3, the Super/Quick Freeze function is not working, and the indicator may flash.
Super Freeze Circuit / Control Fault
E4
Display shows E4, the internal light flickers or stays off, but the freezer otherwise cools.
LED Lighting Circuit Fault
E5
Display shows E5, and temperature readings fluctuate wildly or show unrealistic values.
Temperature Display / Calibration Fault
F0
Display shows F0 or a generic sensor error; the freezer may operate in backup mode with a fixed temperature.
General Sensor Circuit Error
F1
Freezer display shows F1, and the temperature rises above the setpoint; the compressor is not running or is cycling very briefly.
Freezer Compartment Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
F2
The display shows F2; the freezer may overcool or not reach the set temperature, and the fan may run irregularly.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
F3
Freezer shows F3; interior light may work, but the compressor does not start or runs continuously, and the temperature is unstable.
Ambient/Cabinet Temperature Sensor Fault
F4
Error F4 on display; the compressor does not start or stops shortly after starting, and a clicking sound comes from the compressor area.
Compressor Start Device/PTC Relay Fault
F5
Display shows F5; the freezer is not defrosting properly, there is heavy ice buildup on the evaporator, and the temperature gradually rises.
Defrost Heater Circuit Fault
F6
Error F6; freezer temperature is too high, the compressor may run continuously, and the condenser fan may not run.
Condenser Fan Motor Fault
F7
Display shows F7; the interior evaporator fan is not running, resulting in uneven cooling and frost on the back wall.
Evaporator Fan Motor Fault
F8
Error F8; alarm beeping, temperature rising, and the compressor not starting at all.
Compressor Drive/Power Relay Fault
F9
Display shows F9; a high temperature alarm is active, and the compressor runs but the freezer does not cool properly.
Refrigerant System/Low Cooling Capacity Fault
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel unresponsive or intermittent.
Keypad / Touch Control Failure
Symptom
Digital display blank or flickering; the freezer may still run.
User Interface Power or Connection Issue
Symptom
Freezer door difficult to open immediately after closing, strong suction effect.
Normal Pressure Equalization / Gasket Adhesion
Symptom
Freezer door will not stay closed or pops open slightly.
Door Alignment / Hinge or Gasket Problem
Symptom
Freezer exterior sides or door feel very hot to the touch.
High Cabinet Temperature / Condenser Overheating
Symptom
Freezer interior back wall bulging or cracking; cooling performance is reduced.
Liner Damage / Possible Evaporator Tube Damage
Symptom
Freezer interior has a strong, unpleasant, or chemical odor.
Odor Contamination / Airflow Issue
Symptom
Freezer interior temperature fluctuates widely; some items thaw and refreeze.
Inconsistent Temperature Control / Airflow Problem
Symptom
Freezer leaking water onto the floor at the front or rear.
Defrost Drain Blockage
Symptom
Freezer makes a loud knocking or rattling noise during operation.
Mechanical Vibration / Loose Components
Symptom
Freezer making a loud humming or buzzing noise from the compressor area.
Compressor or Condenser Fan Noise
Symptom
Freezer produces a high-pitched squealing or chirping noise from inside the compartment.
Evaporator Fan Bearing Wear
Symptom
Freezer trips household circuit breaker or RCD when starting.
Electrical Short or Earth Leakage
Symptom
Heavy frost buildup on food and walls, especially near the door.
Excessive Moisture Ingress / Door Seal Problem
Symptom
Ice buildup on the bottom of the freezer compartment.
Frozen or Misaligned Defrost Drain
Symptom
Interior light stays on even when the freezer door is closed, and the temperature rises.
Door Switch Stuck Closed
Symptom
The freezer interior light works, but the compressor never starts; a faint click is heard periodically.
Compressor Start Failure
Symptom
The freezer is not cooling at all, the interior is warm, the compressor is not running, and the display may be on.
No Cooling Due to Power or Control Failure
Symptom
The freezer is overcooling, the temperature is much lower than the setpoint, and items are excessively frosted or rock-hard.
Thermostat / Temperature Control Fault
Symptom
The freezer runs but does not reach the set temperature; food is soft or partially thawed.
Insufficient Cooling / Loss of Capacity
Symptom
The freezer runs continuously without stopping, but the temperature is acceptable.
Extended Run Time / Control or Sealing Issue
Symptom
Thick ice sheet forming on the evaporator behind the rear panel, airflow reduced, temperature rising.
