COdE
Display shows CODE or similar, and the spa does not start normal operation after power-up.
Configuration / Dip Switch or Software Configuration Error
dr
Display shows dr or DR, and the spa shuts down the heater; it may also show a low water level symbol.
Dry Fire Protection / Inadequate Water in Heater
dy
Display shows dy or DY after dr, and the spa remains shut down.
Persistent Dry Condition Lockout
EC
Display shows EC or ECO, and the spa heats only during filtration cycles.
Economy Heating Mode Active (Not a Fault)
F1
Control panel displays F1, and the spa will not run any pumps or the heater.
Water Flow Fault / Low Flow Through Heater
F2
Display shows F2, and the heater does not operate. The spa may run pumps, but the water will not heat.
Heater Overheat / High-Limit Trip
F3
F3 displayed; the spa may heat erratically or not at all.
Temperature Sensor Fault (Water Probe Error)

F4 error; spa pumps may not start or may shut off unexpectedly.

Display shows FLC or FL2, and the heater is disabled even though the pump is off.
Flow Switch Closed When It Should Be Open

Display shows FLO or FL1, the heater is disabled, and pumps may still run.
Flow Switch Open / Insufficient Flow
HL
Display shows HL or HLo; pumps may run, but the heater is disabled.
High-Limit Trip (Local Overheat at Heater)
ICE
Display shows 'ICE' or a cold symbol; pumps may run automatically.
Freeze Protection Active (Not a Fault)
LOC
Display shows LOC or a lock symbol, and buttons do not respond.
Panel Lock / Child Lock Activated
OH
Display shows OH or OHH, and the spa shuts down; the water feels excessively hot.
Overheat Condition (Water Temperature Too High)

Display shows SE or SEr, and the spa may not respond correctly to commands.

Display shows SN, SN1, or SNA, and the spa may not heat.

Jets are weak or uneven; poor massage pressure.

LED Lighting System Fault

Loud humming from the pump, but little or no water movement.
Seized Pump Motor or Blocked Impeller

Ozone or UV sanitizer is not operating, and water quality deteriorates faster.

Persistent foaming on the water surface even after skimming.
