Auger Motor / Auger Circuit Error
ErF
The controller displays ErF, and the grill will not start or the temperature reading is missing.
Temperature Probe Open / RTD Sensor Failure
ErFAN
The controller displays ErFAN or a fan error, and the grill fails to ignite or maintain a flame.
Combustion Fan Failure / Fan Circuit Error
ErH
The control board displays ErH, and the grill shuts down shortly after startup or during a cook.
High Temperature Error / Overheat Protection

Err
The display shows a generic Err or Error, and the grill will not start or respond to controls.

FLAME OUT
Controller displays 'FLAME OUT' or a similar message, and the grill shuts down mid-cook.
Flame Loss / Combustion Failure
H1
Display shows H1, and the temperature reading is extremely high or stuck at maximum.

Display shows L1, and the temperature reading is extremely low or stuck at minimum despite heat.

Controller shows 'NO PELLET' or a similar warning, and the grill stops heating.
Pellet Out / Fuel Supply Interruption
OPEN LID
Controller displays 'OPEN LID' or a similar message, and the temperature will not rise to the setpoint.
Lid Open Detection / Low Temperature Protection
SENSOR
Controller shows 'SENSOR' or 'PROBE' error, and the grill temperature is not displayed correctly.

Auger is completely jammed; pellets do not feed and motor may hum but not turn
