Security or Pairing Error

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal work is usually required, but if you open the mower, disconnect power first.
- Check app status: Ensure you are using the latest version of the Segway app and that your account is logged in correctly.
- Re-add device: Remove the mower from your account in the app and perform the pairing process again, following the on-screen instructions.
- Stable network: Make sure the mower has a stable internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular during pairing.
- Contact support after board replacement: If the main board was recently replaced, Segway support may need to remotely pair the new board to your mower’s serial number and cloud account.
