Vacuum will not power on; battery LEDs flash once then turn off.
Battery Pack Protection / Undervoltage Lockout
E10
The vacuum display shows E10; suction is very weak even with an empty bin.
Airflow Sensor / Pressure Sensor Fault
E11
The vacuum shows E11 and runs only for a few seconds on a full charge.
Battery Capacity / Cell Imbalance Error

The vacuum shows E12 and will not start; this occurs after filter washing or bin cleaning.
Filter Not Detected / Filter Sensor Error
