Error 01

Charger will not start charging; app or LED indicates 'Error 01' immediately after plugging in the vehicle.

Internal Residual Current Device (RCD) / Ground Fault Detection Trip

Charging session stops or will not start; Wallbox app or LED status shows 'Error 02' related to overcurrent or short circuit.

Output Overcurrent / Short Circuit Protection Trip

Error 03

Plug Detection Failure

The Wallbox charger frequently disconnects from Wi‑Fi or loses connection to the app, but continues charging.

Unstable Network Connectivity

The Wallbox charger randomly reboots during charging sessions without showing a specific error code.

Unexpected Reset / Power Instability

The Wallbox charger's app shows incorrect energy consumption or current values compared to an external meter.

Measurement Inaccuracy

The Wallbox charger's cable or connector becomes very hot during charging, even at normal current levels.

Overheating Connector / High Contact Resistance

User Interface / Touch Panel Fault

Wallbox charger trips the upstream RCD/RCBO or breaker as soon as charging starts.

Nuisance Tripping / Earth Leakage or Overcurrent

Wallbox charger’s front LEDs or display do not work, but the unit still charges the vehicle.
